Printed out four times on matte photo paper. On one sheet I outlined the rose in gold glitter and on another sheet I used Liquid Pearl on the petals and then when dry I again used gold glitter for the outline then cut them out.
I used d s tape to attach the toppers to my cards and then Pinflair glue for the rose decoupage.
