Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a pretty white card. I used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage. I put small amounts of Glitter around the Petals on the Roses.
A lovely design, and makes into a very pretty card.
