I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the main image onto yellow card and mounted it onto a blank white card.I then added the decoupage using foam pads and to finish the card I added little gems...I love it Janyce a beautiful design suitable for most occasions.
