Printed out onto a good quality phot paper and then simply cut out and layered up with silicone. The sentiment was not on the sheet I created that myself.

This card has a lovely vintage feel to it and would be perfect for all sorts of occasions. I've put a birthday sentiment but it would make a really lovely 50th anniversary card I think.
