Tulips and LaceCompleted by Rosina Walker

I took an A5 card and i covered it with some shinny lilac paper,then i printed this image onto decoupage paper then cut it out,decoupaged up the tulips and glittered around the middle frame,added four gold corners and a border around the edge of the image,and added a text plate,and a clear gem in the center of the bow.
