Printed out twice at half size onto matte photo paper so that i could decoupage the tulips and bow.I mounted the topper onto a 6x6 hammered card blank with a mat of co-ordinating card,used glue gel to give shape to the flowers and ribbon and finished with my own sentiment and a pearl.A really pretty and fresh design that would be suitable for many occasions.
