I printed the design onto gloss photo paper and cut it out. I made a gatefold card from blue card stock and attached the design over the opening on one side. I added the decoupage piece with foam pads.

I punched some small daisies and added gemstones and a birthday tag. On the inside I printed the reduced design onto plain paper and a birthday verse underneath. I added lacy borders on the side.
