Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I stuck the Topper to a Yellow Matte, and then used DST to add to a White scalloped edge card.

The Decoupage was added using Foam Pads. I stuck a Yellow Ribbon to the Top of the card. This is a lovely Design.
