I love Delft Pottery. Maybe it's something to do with my Dutch heritage. This octagonal card front has been inspired by those lovely blue and white designs. It features a horse and cart with a pretty floral border.

I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card at half size and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white linen effect base card and cut around the shape. I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
To finish I added silver peel offs around the edge of the card and a big blue bow made from a sheet by Andrea Hippenstiel.
A beautiful card which is easy to make and can be used for many different occasions.
