Printed onto crafty bob's photo paper, I cut out and layered the image using 3d foam pads. I matted pink paper onto a white card and layered the finished design on top with dst. I added pink sequins to the fan and glitterdust.
A perfect card to cheer anyone up and make them feel loved!
