I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto black card and used foam pads to build up the decoupage and mounted onto an A5 yellow card blank.

I also used foam pads to place on a decorative boarder. To finish off the card I used gold peel off?s and a `Happy Birthday sentiment`. This was a very easy ...quick card to make.
