Pretty as a PictureCompleted by Eve Mcmean

I printed out onto glossy photo paper, then cut out all parts of the card. I then folded a piece of card stock in half and glued the base card onto it, then built up the decoupage using double sided sticky pads.

Very effective easy to make card.
