I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to dusky pink pearlescent paper, then to white card with DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads and highlighted flowers with crystal stickles and finished with pink pearls to bow and corners.
A beautiful multi purpose design.
