The sheet uses the wording 'Happy Birthday' but can be replaced with the blank tag provided on the first decoupage layer.

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the main image to an A5 card,,built up the front of the card,adding the text and decoupaging the flowers,went around the card with a gold/blue peel off.
