Special Friend 2Completed by Tracy Priddle

I made up the decoupage and scalloped the edges to give a nice effect. Layered onto gold embossed card and did the same. Layered onto main card which is lilac.

I added jewels to each corner of the design and a lilac bow added to the top of the card and glitter to finish.
