For this card I choose a teal coloured base card.
I printed out the designed and added a patterned backing paper before sticking the main design down with foam pad. I cut out all the decoupage elements and stuck down with foam pads.
To finish the card of I've use pink ribbon and made a bow and added some faux pearls
