I printed the sheet onto good quality card and cut out all the elements. I then stuck the card front onto a light purple textured card, and attached the "envelope front" with 3-d tape.

I used pink glitter glue to decorate the edges of the picture and the flower.

I used purple glitter glue on the hat, bow and shoe laces and used 3-D Crystal lacquer to give the buttons, nose and heart a shine and a bit of texture.

I attached the "Happy Birthday" sentiment with 2-d foam pads and outlined it with yellow glitter glue.
