I printed on matte card, printing the picture twice more.

I wet gluesd the first to a matching base card with the sentiment at the top then used the other pictures for decoupage first just the girl and then the girl from the arms up and added these with foam squares.

I added some highlights with glitter paint and used Glossy Accents on the eyes. I finished by printing a matching insert and envelope.
