I printed the file on to glossy photo paper, cut out all of the elements and layered them using gel glue.
I mounted the topper on to coordinating card stock using foam strips to add dimension. Then I put it on my card with double sided tape.
I added the graduation year to the class sign using a gold glitter ink pen. A quick and fun design.
