Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to blue card stock, then to a white card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements, I added the base design to a coordinating colour card then added to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, Love the sentiment.
