Firstly I cut out all the pieces. I then layered the main card front onto Pink and Green paper before attaching to a white card. I then added the decoupage pieces. I also put sentiments on the card which I layered onto the same pink and green paper.
To finish off I added some gems.

I designed this card with hat and bag lovers in mind. Simple to put together, just cut out pieces and mount onto card using silicone gel or foam sticky pads.
