I printed this design out onto quality matt paper, cut out all parts. I then used red card stock folded in half and glued down the base sheet.

I then mounted up the 3d effect using sticky pads, attached gems on top of some of the black dots, I then finished off with Dimensional Magic to the bodice of the dress giving it a glossy effect.
