I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. The card front was matted on sand and then green before being adhered to a blank white card.

I cut out a second cluster of grapes to place in the top corner. This is a very easy to cut and assemble card that is suitable for many occasions.
