Girl with 'thank You' Bunting Quick CardCompleted by Karen Faulds

I covered an 8 x 8 card with blue textured card from my stash and then mounted the main image on a piece of lighter blue card a half inch bigger all round.

I found another piece of glittery paper and mounted it and the main design as shown , and shaped and built up the decoupage layers with glue gel.

Finished off with a clear Sakura glitter pen over the stars. really quick card to cut out make up
