i printed the image sheet onto photo paper and layered the main image onto a white pearl card base and then i added the decoupaged elements

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added buttons to the bottom and to the verse. I added a dark pink bow and used diamond stickles to accent heart in smile and small heart border.
