I printed the design on to glossy photo paper and cut it out. I then matted the base picture on to red foil card before attaching to a white, square card blank; I used DST both times.
I then layered up with foam tape.
Finally I added the greetings and a red pearly gem for the necklace. A quick card that would suit any female!
