OccasionCarefully cut out the images using scissors and craft knife for the inside bits which were not as difficult as I had feared.
I then took a cream linen effect A4 card and made my A5 card blank.
Used double sided tape to attach the main image and black foam pads to raise the decoupage element. I then selected the happy birthday greeting and attached using black foam pads at a slant to the bottom right.
Following this I took black lace and wrapped around the left of the card securing on the inside with silicon glue.
Once this had dried I then inserted a sheet of peach A4 trimmed by 1 cm top and 1cm side to create an insert and cover the lace & join on the inside of the card when opened.
I then used silicon glue to smooth the lace on the front of the card as well as adding extra security to it.
I finished by taking copper liquid pearl and adding 3 small dots to the top right and bottom right of the card giving a little lift to the overall effect.
