I just love this design with the tulips and butterflies.
I decided to make this card by using an 8 by 8 scollop card.
I first added a piece of lilac backing paper, then I put the design sheet on and decoupage it with the extra tulips and butterflies. I also added a few more butterflies for an extra bit of shine.
