A very quick card to make. I coudn't resist getting my glitter out. I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper. Cut out all the elements and assembled onto a cream Pearlescent card blank.

I highlighted the corners and tiara with iridescent glitter and used gold glitter glue on the rings.On the glasses I used narrow paper ribbon to create swirls and tiny fabric bows of black and white.

I used my own sentiment of 'Celebrations' along the bottom to finish.
