Fan and RosesCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed 2 of the sheets off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto red holo card then gold mirror card, added a black feather & Ivy Swirl & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the fan from the 2nd sheet with foam pads & the layers with 3D glue gel. I used Star Dust, Fruit Punch & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some sparkle.
