Using a DL card I punched edging on either end. Laid a strip of ribbon with hearts along the top. Printed sheet on glossy photo paper and decouoaged up. Placed in centre of DL card . Added red heart gems on either side.

I fell in love with this image instantly and hope this does it justice.
