I downloaded and printed on to 200grm photo paper, then cut out all the elements.I glued a piece of 'gold' pearlescent paper to a card blank approximately 125mm x 125mm (5in x 5in), using roller tape adhesive and leaving a narrow border. I attached the elements using 2mm thick foam pads.

Lovely card.
