Matt and layer the decoupaged image on to green card and mount on to an A5 card. Adda a read tassel and dragon charm and finish with a sentiment & red gems

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and added the main image onto a Red A5 card as shown.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card as shown. Can also be completed for Father's Day. Just let me know.
