I printed the image onto smooth card three times cut the main image then the inner frame and then the clover and leprachaun out for decoupage I added the main image to an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card using double sided tape, I decoupaged using foam pads and addedsome gems to corner of inner frame and gave him some sparkling buttons on his jacket
