Stella Irish Dancing Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet with St Patrick's day in mind but I have also included a happy birthday tag so it could be used for those who have a birthday on Paddy's day.
Features Stella in her shamrock dress and top hat the caption being.... I tried to river dance once.... I almost drowned! has a shamrock tag with happy St Patrick's day and happy leprechaun.

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with gold card then mounted it onto cream card with a punched border and added the decoupage using silicone gel...a fabulous fun design.
Printed onto glossy A5 photo paper, I cut out the decoupage and then mounted on the topper with foam pads.
I used a paper from cup495783_1025 as my backing to finish this delightful card.
