I put some blue backing paper that looked like the sea onto an A5 card blank,then i cut out the design and layered

the design base onto gold pearlescent paper and added it to the card with foam pads, then i made the decoupage as meant with glue gel, then i put white fluffy stuff to the clouds and heated it up to make the clouds look realistic, to finish i added seagull peeloffs to the design and put card candy to the corners of the card.
