A Hoppy Valentine's DayCompleted by Brenda Sadler

Printed onto heavy cardstock and cut all parts. I took a precut green card and folded the front of the card down in half. I placed the base on the folded half with double sided tape. I used 3d foam to add the heart with frogs.

Hearts were added on each side. On the inside (that shows) I layered green paper then print paper, then added a label tag.
