Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to red card stock with runner adhesive leaving a narrow margin. Apply this to cardstock card with runner adhesive.

Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Add sentiment in desired location. Add crystal gems or other embellishments as desired. Cut out bookmark, punch hole in the top. Add ribbon and tie.
