I stuck CUP64548_487 on to card stock and then stuck on this base card. I cut two poodles from CUP104706_96 and stuck the black one on with 2mm sticky tabs, then the white one with 3mm sticky tabs.
I added a "Happy Birthday" message at the bottom centre.
