I used cup149465_523 (Romance Satin & Lace Royal) to back an A5 lilac card, trimmed to an exact fit. Then I added one of these toppers with its tiny bit of decoupage on 2mm foam pads.
I think the heart backing theme is very apt for the Home is where the Heart is slogan.
