Printed design twice onto good quality matt card for extra decoupage pieces. Matted and layered the main image onto silver mirri card then a green backing paper and trimmed to fit. Applied the decoupage pieces and cut extra balloons and flower pieces.
Applied these pieces and highlighted the crown with Sakura glitter pen. Added three blue gems to top right and a silver greeting banner to finish.
