Tortoise Retirement

With this design i placed a light blue checked backing paper onto a C5 card, then placed the main design base in the centre to give a framed effect, i then built up the design, this was very easy to do, to finish i added a gold ornate border all round the outside edges of the card, this is a great design for any man retiring.
