I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I layered the design onto gold mirror board. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added the greetings from my craft box and also some glitter to the bubbles of the champagne.
