Dragonflies 'n Lace Background/card Front in BlueCompleted by Brenda Needham

i printed this backing paper straight onto pearlescent card.sprayed with glitter spray, trimmed the lace at top of card, and applied silver peel offs to to other 3 sides. using my own software i printed out 2 tags, punched holes in the top and threaded lilac ribbon through eyelets.decoupaged onto card front and finished with a best wishes silver peel off to one of tags.
