I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the candle flames to complete this gorgeous card.
