Layered Frosted Rainbow (gold)Completed by Jane Halton

I printed the backing paper on to pearlised paper and attached it to a cream card. I then layered a coordinating die cut with paper flowers on the top and a bow. I used a matching punch in the corners. A good backing paper which is very versatile.
