I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I attached the topper to a silver card with tape and added the decoupage layers with silicone glue. I used silver border peeloffs to decorate the card, added the greeting and finally a white bow.

I willl finish it off with glitter. This sheet makes a lovely birthday card and I love the sentiment on the front.
