I made a bright cyan A5 tent card and applied this lovely rich background, leaving a small surrounding border. I then added cup156376_11 (Pink and Teal Satin Tea Bag Tiles and Card Front), making up the tea bag star following the tutorial provided.
I finished with a star flower gem in the centre.
