I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements, fussy cutting the `one in of a kind` section of the top layer to give a little more dimention.
I then built the decoupage up using foam pads.
I added a few gems and glitter to decorate this sweet little card. Lovely.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a deep yellow mat and then a blue patterned card front. I added some rhinestones and glitter to the flowers and finally some buttons on the side
