The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a pale blue card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card. I used Pinflair glue gel to decoupage the baby shoes and the flowers in the corners.

I then used a Sakura sparkly pen to colour in the cross and the other gold swirls in the corners.

I added blue gems to finish.
